Arrived on site to perform combo tune up on a 2016 Lennox system. Furnace located in attic and condenser coil is located in back yard. Client stated no issues and was just wanting service done on system. Cycled cooling on and found condenser coil clogged and extremely dirty and restricted airflow. Washed condenser condenser coil inside and out. Recommend staying on maintenance to keep getting System cleaned. Checked electrical compartment. Primary was good. Secondary was good and in range. Checked amp drawls on unit and are in range. Would recommend adding a compressor booster kit to help prevent hard start ups and prolong system life. Fan motor is pulling max amps due to restrictions of condenser coil and is working hard. System pressure are stable and in range and system cooling home at 22 degrees. Cycled system. Cycled heater on and was good. Filter was extremely dirty. Recommend replacing filter. Lower assembly is dirty as she was advised last time out. Motor is good. Amp drawls
