Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on a 2020 carrier unit. Condenser located in back yard. Furnace in attic. Replaced filter as it was dirty. Advised keep doing so as needed every 2 months. Washed condenser coil inside and out. All components are good. Fan motor was good and in range. Checked start up and run amps. Both are good. Checked pressure and are good and cooling hole at 22 degrees. No protection on unit. Advised and recommended adding surge protectors to protect from electrical surges and power outages that can damage or even short out systems and components. Went over all findings and areas of concerns with unit. Advised maintenance is highly recommended even if unit is new. Wife was only home and went over all recommendations. She is aware of how unit is running. Client did want to go forward with renew of ESA. Client did renew monthly. Cycled system to ensure system operating. System is operational upon departure.
