Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on a 2019 lennox package unit. Client stated no issues. Cycled both heater and Ac. Unit is operational. Washed condenser coil inside and out. Checked all electrical compartment and compartment. Primary starter is good. Secondary motor control is good. Inducer motor is good. Fan motor is good as well and in range. Blower compartment is good and clean. Evaporator coil is good and clean. Drain lines is draining. System is cooling at 21 degrees and good on charge. Advised filter needs to be replaced and they do so every month. She stated she order more and will replace once they get here due to being a odd size. Cycled heater and was operational. Unit is heating home good. Advised no protection on unit and recommend if they get power outages. To protect from electrical surges and power outages that can damage or even short out systems and components. Cycled unit and went over all findings. Client is aware how unit is running and conditions. Client
