Performed AC/heater maintenance on mini split five head Lennox unit. Upon arrival client stated the downstairs system on mini split A Who is not working to performance as stated by the tenant living below. Initially asked the tenant she stated the system has no problem right now. temperature split checked out properly with a 30° delta split on downstairs head. Cleaned up condenser coil and electrical compartment. Amperages are in range for compressor and fan. All filters were clean by client. system is cooling and heating properly at this time.
