Arrived on site to to diagnose a no cooling unit. Tenant stated unit has cooled since she moved in. Found head unit showing code p6 for low pressure switch tripped. Went out side and found outdoor unit not on. Checked valve and checked pressure and found unit to not hold any pressure. Inspected outdoor unit found king valve had a dried up oil. Inspected flare but bolts and found it was really lose. Advised unit leaked out and unknow where but to the the oil spots found advised possibility that it was just lose. Advised would need to charge up and recommended leak dye if it would leak again we can see what is leaking. Client os aware and would just client to recharge up u it and tighten up bolt on flare and use thread sealant to ensure it stays closed. Advised client no guarantee of how long unit will last with just the minimum of a recharge to get it cooling. He is aware of risk and possibilities that can occur in future. He only wanted to do the recharge up and unit is cooling at 20 d
