Arrived on site to perform maintenance on 9 year old Goodman system. Cycled system for cooling. Checked indoor unit electrical and system components. No condensation switches. Filter is clean. Temperature split is within ok range. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Amp draws on compressor are high and compressor is really overworking itself. Primary motor control is in good condition. Secondary motor control is within range. Refrigerant pressures keep bouncing around between high and low. No fuses in disconnect. This is a single stage unit that is zoned into 2 separate zones, which is not an ideal set up. This has most likely caused the premature wear and tear on the unit and has caused it to work a lot harder than it should. Pulled condenser fan motor and thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Went over findings and recommendations. Homeowner wants to hold off on any work for today, but is fully aware of system concerns. System is operational upon dep
