Arrived on site to diagnose a no cooling system. Upon arrival spoke over client client on what was going on. Client stated just a few days ago her neighbors came by and stated there unit is making loud noises. She’s stated prior to he neighbor. Ok’ing and advising her she said her unit did cool. She also stated husband went and replaced the secondary control to the condenser unit . Unit still did not operate. Upon arrival had client wife shows me the equipment. Found out door unit not operational and making loud buzzing noise. Fan was not operational. Inspected electrical compartment.found primary pittings burnt up. Secondary control husband replaced is good. Found motor completely bad as bearing are seized up and dose not spin at all.called client out side so she can see the issues her self.
