NO COOL/LOWES. Found system operational upon arrival. Customer stated unit runs fine then randomly doesn’t cool another day. Checked pressures and found system slightly low. This can indicate a leak or a valve starting to restrict/stick. This can be caused by improper brazing practices and improper vacuum of system during install. This allows contaminants and non condensables to remain in refrigerant circuit. Customer is going to contact builder to warranty it since the home is only 2 years old. No repairs done today.
