Upon arrival performed maintenance. Outdoor condenser was completely opened up and washed out door coils. Secondary motor control control in good condition. Compressor assist kit in working order. Indoor motor is good. Evapncoil clean. Return ducting and plenum collecting dust. Recommend air scrubber to help with dust levels. Refrigerant levels good. Temp splits good. System is operational upon departure.
