Upon arrival performed maintenance, indoor motor is in good condition. Indoor blower wheel is very dusty and has dust on fins. This causes off balance on blower wheel and weight on motor. Circuit board and electrical connections good. Gas piping does not has 3 inch sediment trap. Client would like to cancel membership, due to filter having to be charged for. Client was Just upset. Client said she never seen the benefit of membership if we aren’t including filters. Flame sensor has a lot of oxide build. Gas valve in working order. System was reset tested and fully functional
