Performed two system Heater Maintenance on 2019 Trane. Conducted safety inspection and all components are in range. Recommend that filters are swapped everyone to three months. Systems are new construction grade equipment and we’re not installed with surge protection, Surge protection increases longevity and protect sensitive components. Client is also interest 5 in filter upgrade. Will be sending Info over regarding recommendations. System was reset and tested. Heaters are fully operational upon departure.
