Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on. 10 year old unit. 2012 carrier. Condenser located in back yard. Furnace located in attic. Unit is 2 zones. Cycled both and operational. Washed condenser coil inside and out. Primary starter worn out and pitted from operation. Secondary motor control is good and in range. Fan motor has been replaced in past and is good. Checked start up on and found it at max pulling 104 and max at 109. Recommend adding compressor booster kit to prevent hard start up. Run amps are in range pulling 9 and max at 19.9. Unit is hold good charge and is r410-a and cooling at 20 degrees. No protection on unit and recommended adding. Inspected indoor unit filter are good and okay at this time as unit is not ran a lot. Found unit to be zoned and it is a single furnace and motor is 1 speed as well. Blower assembly and wheel dirty. Motor is leaking so much oil as a puddle under motor from really over working as it is not variable speed. Advised unit to run efficient s
