Initially thought it was going to be a maintenance visit, but had to call for an earlier visit to run diagnostics due to lack of cold air coming out. They fit me in the next day (over a week ahead of my initial appointment) and were able to take care of all the issues my unit had. Technician was friend, honest, and upfront about everything. Answered all the questions I had as well. Overall, very satisfied with the service we received!
