Performed combo tune up on 5 year old carrier system. Cycled system through heating and cooling modes. Checked indoor and outdoor units. Checked system electrical and components. Pulled off condenser fan motor and Thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Indoor unit does not have any condensation safety switches on condensation lines, and door switch is no longer operating as it should. Outdoor condenser fan motor has started to leak oil, and secondary motor control has fallen out of range for fan motor. Disconnect box does not have any fuses inside of it for electrical protection. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. Signed homeowner up on monthly ESA maintenance program. He wants to take care of some repairs in the near future, will give us a call when he is ready to move forward. Cycled system, system is fully operational upon departure.
