Performed maintenance on 3 year old Lennox system. Cycled system for cooling. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Primary motor control is in good condition. Secondary motor control is in range for both compressor and condenser fan motor. Compressor and condenser fan motor amp draws are within range. Pulled condenser fan motor and thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Refrigerant levels are in Range and system is producing proper temperature split. Checked indoor unit electrical and components. Replaced filter with filter provided by customer. Flushed out condensation line. Cycled system, system is operational upon departure.
