Performed AC maintenance on a airflow condenser. Systems cooling split was over 20 degrees. Condensate lines are clear, a safety switch was installed today. Duct runs are sealed. Indoor blower is clean and amping ok. Filter is clean and is changed on a timely basis. Outdoor coils were dirty, chemically washed today. Compressor bay and service panel were cleaned. Electrical components are ok at this time. Compressor and fan amps are in range. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor Surge protection was installed today .
