Performed AC diagnostic on 2009 carrier Condenser. Upon my diagnostic client stated that home warranty had recharge the system in the past but did not fix the leak. On the diagnostic I found multiple points of concerns. 1. Suction side king valve is leaking 2. System is low on R410a refrigerant charge 3. Starter had significant burn marks and pitting on contact points. 4. Duel secondary motor control has become Defective due to the compressor using more power 5. Condenser fan motor has significant oil leakage Discussed full condition of system with Anthony and he understands how it is running at the moment. Will be returning for the Premium Repair option on Monday at 8 AM. Service deposit was collected and system is not operational .
