Performed combo tune up on 1 year old Lennox system. Cycled and checked components for both heating and cooling. Pulled outdoor condenser fan motor and thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Refrigerant levels are within range and system is cooling correctly. Filter is dirty and needs to be replaced. Homeowner states he will order from Amazon and replace when it comes in. Cycled system, System is fully operational upon departure.
