Unit wasn’t cooling upon arrival. Newer unit, installed five years ago by We Care. When I hooked up my gauges my pressures were equalized which tells me the compressor is not working. I checked dual motor control and was reading full, so that isn’t issue. I hooked up my amp meter to check amps, and I had 1.1 coming from compressor. Once the compressor did try to kick over it actually ramped up to 50 amps and max should be 27 amps. Compressor may have taken out the thermostat as well, because thermostat is blank white and owner can only control thermostat from his phone. Went over options of replacements and we called my supervisor over the phone to go over condenser prices. Thermostat is older Lennox I Comfort, and any other thermostat can replace this one.
