Performed AC maintenance on 7 year old carrier system. Cycled system for cooling. This is a single stage system that is split off into 2 zones. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Amp draws on compressor is in range. Amp draws on condenser fan motor are over amping. A lot of oil loss is present on condenser motor. Pulled condenser motor to thoroughly wash out condenser coil inside and out. Secondary motor control is in range. Primary motor control is in good condition. Refrigerant levels are in range and system is producing a good temperature split. Replaced 1 inch filters. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. Cycled system, system is operational upon departure.
