Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on a 2013 lennox system. Condenser in pack yard furnace and Evaporator coil located in garage. Client stated no issues as they don’t use system a lot and has yet to use it. Washed condenser inside and out. Unit was in very bad condition from previous owners dogs peeing on unit is missing coil areas and deteriorating over time. Checked electrical compartment and components. Primary pitting were burnt. Secondary was good for compressor. Fan was good and secondary motor controls for fan was weak as it just went out of range. Start up aamps are good. Run amps is pulling 13. Fan is go and in range of amps. Refrigerant were okay and cooling home over conditions of condenser is bad. System is cooling home at 20 degrees. R-22 unit. No protection on unit. Inspected indoor unit. Filter was good. Blower assembly was dirty previous tech advised client of it. Evaporator coil dirty from dirty that has entered system. Drain lines have debris but clear at t
