Tech arrived on site for 3 system ac tune up. Washed condenser coils. Hosed with water. Checked and cleaned electrical cabinets. Capacitor on 2 west side units were rusty but reading okay. Motor amps are good. Refrigerant charge is good. The trane unit: electronic air cleaner isn’t operational. Only filtration is the washable pre filter. It’s recommended to swap the filter rack out for a merv rack. Surge protection for the condensers is recommended to protect your investment. Filter sizes are 16x25x5 merv 11 or 16. Whichever you prefer. Units are operational upon departure.
