Upon arrival performed diagnostic. Found system to be non operational. Condenser fan motor leaking excessive amounts of oil. Coils are complete covered without any breathing room. Indoor coil is completely covered in dirt and debree. Very low refrigerant. Secondary motor controls low. Return insulation falling into duct, very poor airflow. System has not ever been maintenanced. Darren came out as customers request to give replacement options. System is non operational.
