Preformed Ac/furnace maintenance free with installation on 2020 Lennox unit. Upon arrival client stated that system has been working great and has no questions at this time. I performed a safety inspection on heater and found no issues with sequence of operation. Temperature rise and Airflow Are in range. 1 inch Filter has not been swapped, this needs to be swapped everyone to three months. Flame sensor was cleaned. Blower wheel and motor look good. System is not equipped with surge protection. Performed AC maintenance and cleaned off condenser coil due to them being very plugged up and dirty recommend that this is done just before the summer. Compressor and fan Amperage Are in range. High voltage distributor and duel secondary motor control are in good condition at this time, Outdoor unit was also not equipped with surge protection. Both sides of the system checked out properly at this time and informed client that there is a maintenance program available to help keep the system that
