Performed Fau maintenance on York furnace. Cycled furnace for heat. Verified proper heating sequence of operations. Temperature rise across heat exchanger is within range. Evap coil is clean. Blower wheel is extremely dirty. Amp draws on blower motor are slightly high. Pressure in system was fairly high. Found 2 registers completely shut off. Spoke to Phyllis and recommended that they be open. Opened both registers and pressure did drop but still fairly high. Ductwork is original to home and fairly undersized. Verified heating components are working accordingly. Cleaned out heating compartment. Merv 11 filter is dirty and needs to be replaced. Replaced with approvaal. Went over findings and recommendations. Also recommended ESA Renewal. Could not get a hold of older sister to get a decision made, they are not sure what they are going to do with the house. Emailing invoice over to Roseanne with options and recommendations provided on today’s visit. Cycled system, system is operational
