Upon arrival performed ac maintenance. Outdoor motors are leaking oil and starting to work harder then normal. Refrigerant levels are good. Primary controls are rusting up and recommend replacing, not replacing primary controls can cause the system not to run or start. Disconnects are stuck and don’t come out unless you fully force it, did not force it advised customer that is not safe for technicians to come out and service. Turned off breaker for ac units to service. Customer does not wanna replace systems, moving from home in 2 years.
