Performed diagnostic on commercial unit. Age unknown, model and serial numbers no longer visible due to the sun. Owner states that system is not cooling, and temperature goes up instead of down. Cycled system for cooling. Checked rooftop unit electrical and components. Indoor blower motor is running , but compressor and condenser fan motor are not. Checked for power and found unit tripped on high pressure. Reset switch and system came on and started cooling. System ran for 5 minutes before cutting off on high pressure again. Found filters inside the unit were extremely clogged up, as well as unit also has 3 20x20x1 filters inside the salon that were also dirty. Removed filters inside the unit as they were the worst ones and reset unit. System came on and started cooling. Refrigerant levels are normal now and system ran with no problems for about 30 mins. Did not have filters to replace the inside with, owner will have her husband replace them Offered maintenance program, but units on
