Upon arrival performed Maintenance on 2 system heat pump units. Found filter to be dirty , client ordered some replacements on Amazon. Evap coils are clean. Washed outdoor coils as they were very dusty. Found compressor for downstairs amping at 26 amps, secondary motor control was completely out of range. Replaced with 80/10 and system is now running 50% lower then max amps. Client is paying well over $1000 in electrical bills. Condenser fan motor is leaking excessive amounts of oil. Hardstart kits are in working order. Electrical fuses good. Dusted off return vents. Thermostats in working order. Client is gonna replace system just does not want to at this moment. When time is right she will call. System is operational upon departure.
