Upon arrival performed maintenance on hvac unit. Client says system is working well, cools home efficiently. Opened up condenser and washed out coils, also took all debree that was getting stuck on caging. Gave system a clean wash. Primary and secondary motor controls are in range. Hardstart kit is in working order. Refrigerant levels are in range. Temp splits are good. Merv 16 filter client just replaced. Blower wheel has minor dust. Client knows she needs to replace in soon, but wants 2 more years. Advised we can keep on maintenance program so if anything pops up we can catch before it breaks down.
