Performed AC maintenance on a Lennox condenser. Systems cooling temperature split is 20 degrees. Filter was changed today with 20% off per office request. Indoor blower is clean and amping ok. Condensate lines are clear and pump is working well. Outdoor unit was chemically washed. Starting components are within range. Compressor and fan amp readings were recorded and are ok at this time. Refrigerant level is ok. Electrical protection was installed today. System was running at end of appointment.
