Performed AC diagnostic On Bryant condensing unit for downstairs. Upon arrival client stated that repairs have recently been done on downstairs unit and noticed about a couple days ago it was no longer blowing cold air and was not drop in temperature on the thermostat. Found the outdoor condensing unit for downstairs duel secondary motor control is defective on fan side terminal. Installed new duel secondary motor control and fan motor is operational. Asked client if any power outages have occurred recently into his knowledge she has not seen. Client is aware that system is old and repairs are Band-Aids for the meanwhile. System is now cooling turn for winter maintenance in the fall
