Performed diagnostic on 2003 rheem package unit. Homeowner states that heat was not kicking on and that thermostat had no power. Checked electrical and found a bad transformer. Replaced transformer with homeowner approval. System now has proper voltage. Cycled system for heat. Gas valve engaged but only 2/5 burners kicked on and system shut of due to flame sensor not receiving any flame. After cycling system a few times all burners finally kicked on and system started heating. Burners are fairly rusted and pretty dirty. Homeowner is gonna be cleaning the burners out himself. Homeowner aware that Unit could still potentially have trouble if all burners do not kick on. Cycled System, system is operational upon departure.
