Arrived on site to diagnose a 3 month system for not cooling and making rattle noise. Upon arrival spoke over with client and he stated unit stopped working on Saturday and hasn’t tried it since unit stopped. Client stated it might be related to our system install. Client cycled system in cooling mode. Inspected out door unit. Checked primary and secondary control are good. Checked refrigerant pressure and are good as well. Checked indoor unit. Found insulation really bad and old worn out. But system was operating and cooling. Tested and cycled thermostat A couple time on and off to ensure thermostat isn’t bad. Went to inspect that condenser is turning on and found liquor suction line is starting to freeze up. Shut condenser off. Went to indoor unit found blower not turning back on. Jumped thermostat and blower turns on. Jumped thermostat and turned Ac on from circuit board and system will not operate. Advised client is having with 1993 furnace that is currently in home. Went over
