Performed Ac maintenance on 2017 Lennox system. System was installed by We Care about two years ago, system has not been maintained since. System is operating as it should but she wants it maintained. Cycled system for cooling. System came on as it should and started cooling. Checked indoor and outdoor unit electrical and system components. Blower wheel and evap coil are both clean. System has a Merv 16 filter that is dirty and should be replaced. Homeowner had put in a 1 inch filter in return register since they did not know where the filter was at, advised homeowner that filter can be removed as the filter is up in the attic. Outdoor compressor amp draws and condenser fan motor amp draws are within range. Primary motor control is in good condition, secondary motor control is in good range. Pulled off all panels as well as condenser fan motor and thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Refrigerant levels are in range and system is producing proper temperature split. Repla
