Performed heat pump diagnostic on two system. Upon my diagnostic I found that the line power was not present at disconnect this was due to the breaker being tripped. Turning breaker back on solved the issue of no power at condenser. Further investigation show that amana System had multiple components that were in bad condition replace components as needed. Clean condenser coil due to high amount of dirt restricting ai system is fully operational and heating upon completion of First System. Second system for front of the house trane XL 20. System is operational although found that battery caps and compressor saver kit Had become weak. Condenser coil was also covered in dust and debris due to no maintenance in the past couple years. Replaced battery caps and compressor saver kit and cleaned the system. Found that both Air handler’s had Water stains in Secondary pans Due to overflowing or cracked drain pan. Train system is fully operational upon departure and heating. Discussed with Pa
