Arrived on site to perform diagnostic on a no cooling 2006 weather king. Spoke to client and he stated unit works but at time unit would show error issue for the cooling wire. Inspected unit cycled cooling and ran for a bit and shit off showing error code. Opens up unit and inspected electrical thermostat wires are good and correct. Jump unit at board and ran good and did not stop. Jumped at the thermostat bypass thing old nest and unit was operational as well. Advised client issues is the best thermostat.put in a tester theme and unit was operational and did not shut off due to any wire issues. Advised client would perform a system evaluation to see over all conditions. He was okay with soo. Found blower wheel hammer of dirt and oil. Motor has been leaking in past and can fail due to age and condition. Secondary motor control is out of range for blower and can fail in future. Found big burn spot on electrical circuit board and advised is not good at all and board can get fried up as n
