Performed furnace maintenance on 2 year old Lennox unit. Cleaned return grate. Flushed condensate drain with water. Inspected filtration kit and PCO is due for a maintenance kit. This was brought up with Jamie and he may want to proceed with a Phenomenal Aire rather than maintain the PCO. Inspected blower compartment, blower wheel is clean and balanced. Inspected all electrical connections. Tested resistance of hot surface igniter. Inspected flame sensor. Temperature rise is within limits. Tested all safety switches. Upon departure system is operational.
