Upon arrival performed furnace tune up. Inspected indoor unit. Noticed ducts are not properly sealed and there are breaches. Temperature rise good. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are dirty. Blower motor is leaking oil. Secondary motor control is low as well rated at 5uf and is at 4uf lowest we can be is at 4.75uf. Inducer motor amps are within range. Gas shut off valve works good. System is operational upon departure. Did change filters 20x20x1 and 18x18x1.
