Performed diagnostic on 2005 system. Tenant states that over the weekend the system stopped cooling. It will still blow air but it is not cold air. Had been running fine before then. Cycled system for cooling. Indoor unit kicked on normally. Outdoor unit condenser fan motor is not kicking on, however compressor is. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. System is recieving proper high voltage power as well as low voltage command, but fan is not turning on. Condenser was completely full to the top of pine leaves. Pine leaves had actually wrapped inside condenser fan motor and got it stuck. Removed pine leaves from fan motor, fan motor still did not kick on. Found a bad secondary motor control causing fan motor not to kick on. Fan motor could also possibly be damaged. With approval, went ahead and replaced secondary motor control. Cycled system on, fan came on and started cooling. Condenser fan motor is starting to leak oil and amp draws on it are fairly high. Compressor
