Performed AC/furnace tuneup on 2009 on amana system. Upon my maintenance there were multiple points of concerns that were addressed with the homeowner. AC- 1. Found that high-voltage relay low-voltage coil’s going out due to load vibration noise Coming off of coil. If this fails this can lead to the system not starting 2. Compressor was pulling high amperage on start up in recommend that compressor hard start kit is installed to the increase the life and reduce amperage on start up. 3. Condenser coil was extremely caked in covered in dust, Clean coil 4. System was not equipped with surge protection. Furnace- 1. Found inducer motor was over amping Due to bearing going bad and iscausing a loud noise during operation. 2. Furnace was also not equipped with surge protection 3. Flame sensor was slightly oxidize
