Performed A/C maintenance on a Lennox system. Cooling split is low at 13 degrees. Upon start up the outdoor starter has a very loud buzzing sound. More than normal. Start control is in range. Compressor amperages are in range. Fan motor is amping in range and spinning freely. Condensate lines are clear and free of debris. Refrigerant charge is reading low. Outdoor coils were chemically cleaned.
