Tech arrived on site. Performed ac tune up. Cleaned condenser coils and inspected motors. Condenser motor is leaking oil. Checked electrical. Components are okay. Refrigerant charge seemed low at the time due to outdoor temp being low. Temp split is good. System is running on an obsolete refrigerant. Attic ducts are I’m good condition. Filtration is poor. Lots of dirt getting into the unit. Flushed out drain lines. No form of flood protection is currently installed. Unit is operational upon departure.
