Arrived on site to perform spring tune up. Condenser located in side of house. Furnaces and evaporator coil located in back room of house. Client stated no issues as she codes not use the Ac much. Had her cycled cooling mode. Washed condenser inside and out. Unit dirty. Electrical components and components checked. Primary has some dark tone discoloration. Secondary motor control is good and in r age as it was replaced recently. Fan has slight oil on shaft. Amp drawls are ok. Compressor is having high start up amps. Recommend a compressor booster kit to help reduce high amp drawls. Run amp is pulling 10 amps. No data plate so unable to verify r are of amp drawls. Refrigerant pressure are good. Cycled system to ensure system operating. Inspected indoor unit. Washed out filter spas it was a it dirty. Checked blower assembly and is dirty. Wheel is dirty creating high stress on blower motor. Blower motor has been leaking oil as motor has a layer of oil and dirt building up over years. Bl
