Performed maintenance on a 2013 air flow furnace. The System is zoned. When running on 1 zone the static pressure is out of range. The temp split is also out of range. Duct runs look tight and free from obstruction. I am recommending using both zones simultaneously or getting rid of zoning all together. Amperage for combustion and primary blower Motors are in range. Ignitor is reading within specification. Flame sensor was cleaned and reinstalled. Condensate lines are clear. Performed maintenance on an Airflo condensing unit. Upon inspection the customer had told me the condensing unit had been moved recently in order to make room for pool equipment. The coils were heavily caked with dog hair and dirt. Coils were cleaned and panels reinstalled. Compressor startup amps are within spec. Fan motor is also in range.
