Arrived on site to perform maintenance on 2010 Carrier unit. Cycled system for cooling. Checked indoor unit electrical and system components. Temperature split is within range. Motor is in good condition and secondary motor control within Range. Condensation lines do not have a condensation safety switch, highly recommend adding one to line from drain pan. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Amp draws for condenser fan motor are above allowed range. Compressor amp draws in good range. Secondary motor controls are within range. Pulled condenser fan motor off and thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Cleared all drain ports as well. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. He is fully aware of the condition of the system and any concerns associated with it. Wants to hold off on any repairs, signed up on maintenance program. Cycled system, system is fully operational upon departure.
