Upon arrival, started ac tune up. Filter and condenser are extremely dirty. Replaced filter with customer supplied filter. Cleaned outdoor coil. Flushed out drain lines and cleaned out electrical. Client said kids room are always hot. Explored zoning options and ductwork replacement. Unit is operational upon departure.
