Condenser fan motor is leaking excessive oil, this is premature failure. System is very low on charge, evap coil is starting to freeze up. Indoor blower motor is leaking oil with a dirty blower wheel. Returns are undersized. System#2 Opened up and washed outdoor system. Primary power distributor good. Secondary control losing capacity. Outdoor fan motor is leaking oil & bad bearing, premature failure. Running fan motor can cause motor to over heat & seize up. Compressor has high start amps.
