Found system operational upon arrival. Customer stated that he wanted system looked at since the unit hasn’t been cooling that well. Customer said the unit freezes up and then he thaws it out and then runs it again. Customer also said the indoor motor is starting to make squeaking noises at the bearings. After inspection found lines freezing over. Freon pressures are low. Gave customer repair options. Customer wants options to replace as well. Darren F going over options on Thursday after 2pm.
