Performed AC diagnostic on 2001 condensing unit. Upon my diagnostic I found that indoor blower was on and blowing out ambient hot air. Further investigation shows on the outdoor unit the outdoor fan motor was not energized and spinning although compressor was on. Found that the secondary motor control was blown on fan side terminal along with fan motor leaking oil and over Amping. System contains R22 refrigerant which it was 1 pound low and is a phased out refrigerant as of January 1, 2020. Also did hear that high voltage relay was admitting very loud buzzing noise from low-voltage coil. Replaced outdoor condensing fan motor and secondary motor control and added approximately 1 pound of R22 refrigerant to correct, This indicates that there is a leak somewhere present within the system and a leaked dye drop will be required as of next charge When refrigerant leaks.
