Performed combo tune up on 16 year old Bryant system. Checked indoor and outdoor unit components. Cycled system for heating and cooling modes. Temperature rise across heat exchanger is within range. Temperature split in cooling mode is within range. Indoor blower motor is slightly dirty. Secondary motor control for indoor fan motor is out of range. Previous guy that had done maintenance from another company had already recommended replacing it and she had ordered it online. Asked if I could replace it today but I advised that we can not install parts that are not purchased through us due to liability. Cleaned off platform as well as furnace exterior. Pulled evap cover and inspected heat exchanger. Several hot spots throughout each chamber. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Compressor and condenser fan motor are pulling in high amperage. Condenser fan motor has started to leak out oil and is running hard and hot. Secondary motor control is in range for compressor an
